title unrelated. News: I now have a ginormous light-box. never owned one before, just have been using one at work. this is a milestone! other news: spent two days at the AIC museum. my old school ID still works. Stu's mom and I drew a few things and hit up the new modern wing. I've been on a bat kick. I'll be experimenting with them further. three of my college portfolio pieces were bats from RISD's taxidermy collection....need to return to my observational drawing roots! There are "movement sketches" of Zero I'll be putting up this weekend. still need to finish my Halloween costume...doubt I can, as I need things not easily found..

hello...readers? haha. Haven't updated because I've been working 4 or so days a week, which is actually good news. I took in a small stray for a day, hoping to get her vetted and find her owners. Sadly, she couldn't even deal being inside near my cat/smelling him. She was very beautiful and inspirational. Hopefully she'll find her family, if not I will try to find her a home. It's nice now, but she's too friendly to be outside this winter. The boyfriend's mother will be here this weekend, so I'm not sure how much time I have to update. but it'll be soon :) maybe sometime I'll have a moment to draw some patent style illustrations for pract

I wish I was able to enjoy our room mate's birthday, but I have been a total zombie today. Headache has me lying down once again. However, lying down leads to dreaming, and dreams inspire my most creative art. I have many jewelry pieces I did on the beach this summer that I need to add to this new DA. Alas, the battery charger cannot be found. Oh hum. Hopefully tomorrow afternoon something of crafty substance will be here.
